We did 48 employee headshots in about 3 hours and each employee was able to look at their headshots in the computer to choose the one they like best or to do a retake before moving onto the next person. I accomplish this by tethering the camera to the MacBook Pro and automatically importing each photo into Lightroom. I can mark good and bad photos and even add in little notes like the employees names on each photo before moving onto the next person.
